"Jalil was never on time, allways in a hurry and never got the job done on time. He had to come back several times for the same issue to ged it fixed. He would try to do the job the way he wants it and not the way his customers like it. He does not know how to make his customers happy, it?s all about his pride. He would refuse service if you start asking questions. He won?t give you honest answers and he would tell you to find somebody else to finish his job. Not profesional at all !!!"

"Front Door re-stain to correct a previous poor installation. Overall poor quality, changed agreement at the completion of the job seeking more money that wasn't agreed when I accepted his offer. I did pay him full price and the additional money he asked for. However, the quality of work is very poor and will not recommend. Estimated time was 2 days, it took a full week, and I had to help him remove the door and rehang door and install\remove hardware, along with providing tools. He did not clean up at completion and I just wanted him off my property. I will now redo the entire job myself unfortunately and just consider this a lesson learned to do the job myself in the future. Arrived late the first day, then didn't show the next day, arrived late the next day and worked maybe 2 hours total, but he spent at least 2 hours on his mobile when he could have been working."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "We called Kyle to set up an appointment to have our Hot Tub repaired. He was nice and friendly and texted us to set up an appointment between 9am-11am but on the day of the appointment, he didn?t show up and he didn?t call or message us to let us know he wasn?t coming. We messaged him to ask if he was still coming but he didn?t respond until almost 2pm and when he did, he apologized and told us that he ran into an emergency that took longer than he thought and he asked us if we could please allow him another chance to come the following morning. We took a chance and set up an appointment for 9 AM the following day. We sat and waited for him the next morning and again he was a ?no show?. He did message around 9:30am stating he was sorry again but he had another emergency and he would have to reschedule for later in the week. Kyle seems to be a nice person but a horrible businessman. It was inconvenient for us to wait around 2 days in a row and all he could say is ?life happens?."
