I am glad to have had the chance to work with Alex. We had an unexpected situation that forced us to do lots of demolition and remediation on the fly. With another contractor falling short, it put us behind a timeline and Alex stepped in and really got us back on track. I will reach out to him again for other projects I am considering. Although this time I’m not planning on last-minute reactionary timelines!

We have an indoor swing for our daughter with a disability. It was installed in January, but only put into the drywall. He came and was very thorough. Took his time and did not leave until the swing was safely installed into a joist. He even filled the test holes he made while searching for the joist. He has provided my family safety and confidence that our daughter will be safe.

I hired CS construction to remodel my guest bathroom. Alex was very patient and helped walk me through the process. After coming up with a plan he completed the renovations quickly and the work looks amazing. As I continue to slowly remodel my house I will be sure to hire Alex and CS construction again.
