Raul and his crew were very professional and timely. He explained the problem and how his repair would resolve the problem. At each step of the process he provided me with pictures of the damage they were seeing and the repairs they were completing. Several weeks after they were done, Reno had a rainstorm and both of my issues were resolved. One issue had plagued me since I bought the house and I had already paid one roofer to fix it who failed. I solicited bids from 3 contractors for my Shingle replacement and the bids were all within $100 of each other. Raul of RC roofing was the only one who could get the job done in a timely fashion, in fact one of the bidders never even came back with a proposed time of completion.. Raul called me 4 days ahead of the start date for my project to let me know when his crew would begin work. They were here at the exact time he said. They unbelievably (to me) completed the project in 2&1/2 days, including some custom work I had requested, and even repaired a roof swamp cooler base that showed some serious degradation. All work fortunately fo me completed before the predicted rain came. They cleaned up my yard both evenings and at the conclusion of the job. I am very pleased with the work, and learned that Raul is an honest businessman you can trust.

A tile had blown off my roof and another storm was on the way. Raul inspected the roof and found a couple of cracked tiles as well. He assured me the missing/cracked tiles would provide protection during the storm. He said he had to order the tiles and would install them as soon as they arrived. I handed him my credit card for this first visit and he said no charge! Who does that these days? Thanks, Raul.

Raul was very focused on communicating about progress as well as very flexible with his team on my project, which was an owner/builder addition. Excellent experience, customer service, and workmanship. He worked with me to "color match" the new area to the existing roof where it was needed most.

I've worked with a variety of contractors over the years and Raul is hands-down #1: professional, friendly, great communicator, resourceful, flexible, honest. He was prompt with scheduling a home visit and supplied a detailed quote. Raul provided an installation date and was flexible with supply issues and my needs. His team worked their a**es off the in some intense heat and smokey weather. I was so impressed by the DAILY cleanup around the house! The finished project exceeded my expectations. We added (3) solar attic fans after the project started and I HIGHLY recommend everyone do the same as I noticed an immediate improvement inside my home. I'm confident this is going to reduce my electric bill and protect the roof. I have nothing but praise from start to finish.
