"Jordan responded quickly to our request for a handyman, which is unusual for our Dayton location. He fit us in to his schedule within a day, and kept us informed of his arrival time. When he arrived, he was very friendly, courteous, and went right to work on our problem, which he dealt with efficiently and repaired it in short order. When finished, he cleaned up and put everything back in place. On his departure he mentioned no job was too big or too small and to please call him if we needed anything. I’m already thinking of projects we will need help with and will not hesitate to use his services in the future. Thank you Jordan"

"I hired CS construction to remodel my guest bathroom. Alex was very patient and helped walk me through the process. After coming up with a plan he completed the renovations quickly and the work looks amazing. As I continue to slowly remodel my house I will be sure to hire Alex and CS construction again."

It is a permanent fixture. A regular grill is standalone, portable, or cart-mounted, allowing mobility and versatility in placement. Built-in grills are typically larger with more cooking space, while regular grills come in various sizes. Built-in grills are favored for creating a custom outdoor cooking area, while regular grills provide convenience and flexibility.
