    Alberto, the owner, was very prompt. We received a quote the following day after meeting him at the project. He and his crew were on time every workday (with a 7:00 AM sharp job start). Communication was excellent, with my texts/calls responded to quickly as well as me receiving helpful suggestions. Alberto's son, Junior, was on the job throughout the project, so between the two, it was well supervised. One thing I am most grateful for is the connections Alberto has with specialized contractors. When we found that there were plumbing problems under the house unknown to us or Alberto, he found a licensed plumber who came out almost immediately to fix it (this the the summer of 2021 and it is almost impossible to find contractors, much less available the next day). We also had a need for some masonry work which was not in the original contract. Alberto found a contractor and had them on the job in a couple of days.
