"I couldn?t be more impressed with the service I received from CS Construction. They recently installed a large mirror in my space, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Their team was punctual, professional, and handled the installation with absolute precision. The attention to detail was outstanding everything was perfectly measured, leveled, and securely mounted. They took great care to protect the surrounding area and left the space spotless after completing the job. What really stood out was their professionalism and commitment to getting it right. The mirror looks incredible and instantly elevated the entire room. CS Construction clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend them for any installation work. If you want the job done right the first time, CS Construction is the team to call!"

"I didn't want to write this review, because he's going to be harder to book (especially knowing how hard it is to find a decent handyman in Reno ). He responded to my phone call & texts in a reasonable amount of time, arrived on the nose, had all the tools required for the job, did an excellent installation in exactly the time alloted, and did not waste unnecessary time chitchating ."

"Mike put in the baseboards in our house. He also had to repair every door that was cut up from the ground to accommodate our flooring installation. The baseboards and door frames look amazing. My whole family will call him now for their projects"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

For optimal pool and spa service in Reno, choose pebble or aggregate surface finishes to resist calcium scaling from hard water. Install freeze-rated plumbing and variable-speed pumps to handle winter temperatures and maximize energy efficiency. Use solid safety covers to retain heat and prevent evaporation. Apply heat-reflective cool-deck coatings to protect concrete from intense summer sun. Add cyanuric acid stabilizers to your water to prevent rapid chlorine loss from high UV exposure.

Helpful?

Upgrading equipment during pool and spa service directly impacts your electrical panel and natural gas lines. Adding new pumps or heaters requires municipal permits and rigorous safety inspections. Improper drainage affects your landscaping and foundation, especially in Reno where saturated clay soils shift easily. Backwash water must route to the sanitary sewer, never the storm drain. Always notify your homeowner's insurance carrier about significant modifications to maintain your property coverage.

Helpful?

Always hire licensed contractors for any structural or equipment-related pool and spa service. Confirm your professional carries proper liability insurance and workers' compensation. Local experience is critical in NV, as contractors must understand how to handle high-elevation freezes, hard water, and seismic activity. Verify your contractor pulls all required municipal permits for electrical or gas line work. Schedule major projects during the spring or fall to avoid peak summer demand.

Helpful?

When planning pool and spa service, account for the high desert climate in Reno. Intense sun, high evaporation rates, and hard winter freezes stress equipment and surfaces. High mineral content in the local water supply causes calcium scaling, requiring frequent chemical monitoring. You must also consider regional seismic activity, as ground movement damages underground plumbing and pool shells. Always use a pool cover to minimize evaporation and keep out windblown debris.

Helpful?

Start your pool and spa service by scheduling a comprehensive winterization assessment to prevent frozen pipes. Have a professional test the water chemistry to establish a baseline for calcium hardness and cyanuric acid levels. Inspect the pool shell and underground plumbing for cracks caused by NV seismic activity and freeze-thaw cycles. Finally, evaluate your pool cover and review local water conservation rules to ensure your setup minimizes evaporation and waste.
