There were sub-floor issues when they removed the tile. They quoted us a reasonable price for the sub-floor repairs and were able to complete the repairs as promised. He was able to do it within a week of the request and even worked with us on pricing, which was much appreciated. He made suggested putting bullnose edging around the carpet, which was not on the original carpet but should have been. He did a wonderful job. Because of the size of the carpet, he had to seam it together and the seam is not even visible. Will definitely use him again on other projects."
