"All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased."

"The showroom - Was treated very well and shown a good selection of flooring. I chose and the flooring was scheduled for about two weeks later. The installers - The three installers showed up on time and did an excellent job, matching the height of the flooring chosen for the bedrooms perfectly to the height of the tile in the hallway. They were easy to work with, listened to what I had to say on how I wanted the rooms to look. Yes I would hire them again."

"Steve is a true professional. I dare say he is in the top 2% of his craft. My floors look impeccable. Not only is he good with wood floors but he is also good with Coretec (luxury vinyl). Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. "Look no further. These guys did a truly beautiful job, with coats of polyaspartic on the floor of our huge garage, then we bought their suggested topcoat of polyurethane. The result is truly gorgeous. They were patient with us as we kept changing our mind on color but went with the suggested light grey with paint flakes and it looks truly beautiful. They were careful and cleaned up nicely too. Nice guys too."

"No high pressure sales. I was able to take my time picking the floor I wanted. Unlike one of the other in home flooring companies. When I changed my mind on what I wanted it was no problem getting new samples. The installers were professional and did a great job. I had one small issue that was quickly addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend them and use them again when I am ready to replace my carpet."

"A friend of ours recommended Spangler Floor Coverings. We went to his place of business and met with the owner Jeremy. We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. Our floors were completed within 4 days. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job on the instillation of the LVP and carpet. We are very happy and would highly recommend Spangler Floor Coverings"

"Steve gets right to work. He had the carpet looking far, far better than it had any right to look in just a little while. We were amazed and very pleased. He doesn't leave it really wet, and so it was dry enough in just a couple of hours. We're totally happy with that. Then he got started with the tile. He did a once over with the steam cleaner but it wasn't able to budge the grime embedded in the grout lines. He came and got me, and we discussed what next and he was really open and frank with me about the time it would take to really bring it back to looking good - and the additional cost ($100). He said that he might have to try and few different products to see which worked best. Finally he got a mild acid which he put in all the grout lines - by hand  from a squeeze bottle - and then after letting it etch for a couple minutes, he got down on hands and knees and scrubbed every inch of grout line ... 300 square feet of tile. It was one h*** of a hard job. Then he would go back over it in sections, with the steam cleaner. He got not only the kitchen but also the laundry room and half bath - even emptied out the laundry room coat closet ( and kitty box ) to take care of that space too. Wow. Finally, he sealed all the grout lines.  The floor looks amazing! We were really, really pleased. He spent about two hours on that floor, mostly on hands and knees. Afterward, he briefed me on how to clean the floor without destroying the sealer on the grout. He told me exactly why I shouldn't use the products I thought were fine. They aren't and now I 'get it'. I'll never let this happen again. I should probably mention that we felt just fine about going out to lunch with him there. He's done the floors for me before a couple of years ago and I think he's completely trustworthy. It cost more than either of us anticipated, but I have my original beautiful and expensive tile floor back the way it was when new. I'm really pleased."
