The price was fair and the quality of the workmanship was excellent! As we all know with remodels, once you remove / open up something there is usually an extra cost. There were sub-floor issues when they removed the tile. They quoted us a reasonable price for the sub-floor repairs and were able to complete the repairs as promised. "A friend of ours recommended Spangler Floor Coverings. We went to his place of business and met with the owner Jeremy. We explained to Jeremy that we were looking for luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the house and carpet for the bedrooms. Jeremy showed us several options for LVP and explained the difference between each one. We choose the high end LVP. With Jeremy's help, we were able to also choose a carpet for the bedrooms. Being aware of our escrow closing date, Jeremy blocked out the install dates and told us if we contacted him as soon as the house was available, he would start the work on the floors. Our floors were completed within 4 days. Jeremy and his crew were very professional and did an awesome job on the instillation of the LVP and carpet. "We called based on prior feedback on Angie's List.  Very personable owner took care of job and done per schedule and high quality.  Only on issue, my exact room measurements vs. his "ballpark" estimate were way off.  He measured exactly and came in very close to my estimate and did the work for that square footage.  Measure your own rooms to insure the right price/sq. ft.
