"Workers were unaware of appointment date and time. My phone call to company to inquire and then two workers showed up (late) said it would take two days to complete, however, estimator said it would take one day to complete. After phone calls by worker two more workers showed up. Job was done in one day, however, laminate flooring in adjoining room was chipped, metal track to closet was installed incorrectly, and baseboard install was sloppy."
