Ramiro the owner answered my request on Sunday, came out to scope the project on Monday, and had it done by Wednesday! That’s kind of unheard of these days for landscape projects. Ramiro and his team were so nice, so efficient, and didn’t damage any of my landscaping in the process. Price was very fair and the result was just what I was looking for. Thank you Perez Landscaping, I will definitely call them again if I need a project done (they do fences, too!). His staff checked and repaired my irrigation system, replaced the back yard with sod and an attractive block border on a solid concrete foundation. He also replaced an unstable concrete block wall in the carport area with an attractive stone wall - also on a durable concrete foundation. Now two weeks after completion, the back yard is well established and beautiful. We will definitely keep in touch with him for other landscaping needs and lawn care."
