The quote process was extremely fast and professional. However, there was a brief communication issue during the final selection of the flooring, but it was eventually resolved. The initial installation date did not happen because the installer called in ill the morning of the install. A second date was set for two days later. That installation went smooth and by the numbers. The installer, Cameron, was very pleasant and went above and beyond in transforming my floor in the guest bathroom.
