All About Floors

I would like to submit a review of Richard?s customer service after our flooring install on April 18, 2023. During the install, I had a conversation with Richard about the hallway sub floor having a dip in it. He acknowledged that the floor was ?messed up.? I trusted that he knew All About Floors and that it was not going to be an issue. Initially, the floor was beautiful and we were happy with it. Richard told me as I was paying that he guaranteed his work. In June I began to notice some buckling by my back door. Richard finally showed up to look at it in mid September. Told us he?d file a warranty claim and we didn?t hear a thing for several more months. Sometime in the summer of 2024, Richard showed up with an inspector who denied our claim with a report given to Richard on August 8, 2024. After telling us he got the report, Richard has not responded AT ALL to help us get this problem fixed. Here we are 18 months after first noticing buckling, seeing other issues in t

Worst company ever. broke a copper water line in the wall, estimated completion of job wrong, Bad caulking, finishing nails in baseboard not good, scratched walls, broken kick plates, different colored caulking, leveler on walls, trim, nails not picked up, dirty water splattered on my fence, cleaned floor with dirty rags that required me to clean up just to name a few issues. This company rushed their job and it shows and takes no accountability on their poor work. It was the most stress I have ever had with a company.

You will not find a better skilled, more conscientious installer with a caring and professional crew in Washoe valley than Richard Romero, the owner of All About Floors. Our removal of old carpet and the install of luxury vinyl flooring required some fixes to our home that his seasoned experience made look effortless. No. Scrambling to find tools, no running out for supplies. He and his team showed up at our home fully equipped and well organized. If you want a well-done, professional, and a fair priced job done that will leave behind no mess or drama, then All About Floors is who I would recommend to our best family friends and to whomever is reading this review. I would be giving six stars if there was such a rating available.
