Best Hardwood Flooring was established in January 2005 by two brothers, Cesar and Miguel Estrada. Both spent over a year working for a construction company and at the same time trying to fulfill their dream of applying their skills and ability that would allow them to one day open their own company. They and their families sacrificed their time and committed all that they had to their business, through hard work, responsibility, guarantee, honesty and always looking for the client’s complete satisfaction, their work load increased in a matter of months and they were able to do away with their job at the construction company and open Best Hardwood Flooring. Miguel and Cesar personally supervise each contract, and they are very grateful that in spite of the economic downturn, they have grown above and beyond what they ever expected, and now they have open their own show-room in Reno in which they are able to display assorted woods.” Visit Our Showroom

"All around excellent experience. We visited Best Hardwood Flooring's store while shopping around to find the right flooring for our home (and we visited several stores). Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. They were very courteous and went over the details of the job with us such as what area of the house they would begin installing the floor, how it would be installed, and asked us what our preferences were for orientation of the plank or offered suggestions whenever applicable as the job progressed. They even took the time to sand the subfloor where there were even any slight edges to ensure it was a smooth level base for the new flooring planks. They arrived on time each day, and actually completed the job ahead of the projected duration originally provided. These gentlemen did an outstanding, VERY PROFESSIONAL job! We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! We would not hesitate to recommend this provider, and will definitely return to them for any additional needs going forward. Very pleased."

"I would like to submit a review of Richard?s customer service after our flooring install on April 18, 2023. During the install, I had a conversation with Richard about the hallway sub floor having a dip in it. He acknowledged that the floor was ?messed up.? I trusted that he knew All About Floors and that it was not going to be an issue. Initially, the floor was beautiful and we were happy with it. Richard told me as I was paying that he guaranteed his work. In June I began to notice some buckling by my back door. Richard finally showed up to look at it in mid September. Told us he?d file a warranty claim and we didn?t hear a thing for several more months. Sometime in the summer of 2024, Richard showed up with an inspector who denied our claim with a report given to Richard on August 8, 2024. After telling us he got the report, Richard has not responded AT ALL to help us get this problem fixed. Here we are 18 months after first noticing buckling, seeing other issues in t"

"We needed an outdoor carpet to be glued to an existing wood deck. Ricardo answered my request and said he could do it. He was able to do it within a week of the request and even worked with us on pricing, which was much appreciated. He made suggested putting bullnose edging around the carpet, which was not on the original carpet but should have been. He did a wonderful job. Because of the size of the carpet, he had to seam it together and the seam is not even visible. Will definitely use him again on other projects. "
