"Mario explained everything he was going to to, and what each piece of equipment was used for. Example the power carpet rake. We had a two National Franchise companies clean the whole house carpets over the past 7 years and they said power rake was not needed. Mario proved power rake is REQUIRED to properly deep clean the carpetâ s. Outstanding customer service and very willing to answer any questions in regards to the service provided. "We called based on prior feedback on Angie's List.  Very personable owner took care of job and done per schedule and high quality.  Only on issue, my exact room measurements vs. his "ballpark" estimate were way off.  He measured exactly and came in very close to my estimate and did the work for that square footage.  Measure your own rooms to insure the right price/sq. ft.
