There was some electrical work that he wasn't confident doing, so he said he would have an electrician he knew come finish it. It was only after several months had passed, and we had attempted to contact Temo multiple times, that the electrician came and finished the job. The down spout repair was functional at first, although he used black gorilla tape at the upper and lower ends of the spout that looked a little tacky against the beige of the house. The repair only lasted about 9-12 months before the spout fell off again. We contacted him to fix it again but haven't heard back."
