We called about a broken spring that morning and they responded quickly with a call back and appointment later the same day. We appreciate the professionalism, quick response. We hadn’t expect a spring to be that expensive, but understand prices are increasing across the board. We asked about the rollers / noise and were told we could spray the chains with WD-40, would have appreciated if the worker would have done that himself to assist an elderly couple. Quick & efficient work. Would recommend.

Very offensive marketing. Price way too high for amount work done. My fault, should have known better.

"I'm sorry you think the price was to much. You did not have to pay a fuel fee like all the other garage door companies charge. Reset jumped cable on left side of door (from interior) - adjusted door balance - lubed rollers, hinges, bearings, drums, and springs - adjusted position of interior lock to eliminate friction/binding issue - serviced and inspected door for safety. Perform 21 point inspection, lube, adjustment, and cable reset. All that work for only $200 is half of what it should cost."
