"We hired Pressure and Softwash to try to remove some graffiti from a storage container we have. I was not optimistic about them being able to remove the spray painted words without removing the underlying container paint. I was at least expecting our vinyl logo to be destroyed in the removal process. I am very nice pleased to report that not only was Jacob able to remove the graffiti, but our vinyl logo, graphics and underlying paint was preserved. Jacob was communicative through the entire process and sent us photos after it was clean to show us his work. We will use Pressure and Softwash again and will not hesitate to recommend to everyone we know who could benefit from his service."

The project was completed within a week and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and kept the work area clean and orderly while the project was going. "The company did what they specified in the contract arrived when they said they would, cleaned up each day after working for that day, finished the staining of my deck and shade covering faster than I anticipated. They pointed out that some mildew that had been left under the old coat of stain could not be cleaned by power washing (with cleaner or bleach) from the prior contractor and needed to be sanded to be removed (it would have shown threw the new stain, it cost more time and labor to remove the mildew but I was willing to pay the extra cost and appreciated that they pointed in out, the finished work looks better for doing it right the first time."
