His fence team did an awesome job getting our redwood fence up fast and they also removed two trees all the way down to the roots. Douglas’s landscaping crew did a fantastic job installing beautiful pavers throughout our entire backyard and made sure everything was clean and nice when they were finished. "My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."
