Throughout the design and installation phases, he maintained communication and gave advance notice if there was a scheduling change or material substitute needed. After an initial in person consultation where he walked the property, he provided computer designed 3D models of his proposed landscape for our home. The models and overall design for the landscaping was outstanding. Once the design was approved, Douglas and On Deck Fence and Landscaping provided an estimate and timetable for the project. The project was completed within a week and ahead of schedule. The crew was polite and kept the work area clean and orderly while the project was going. I am completely satisfied with the work and service provided by On Deck. Douglas is a true professional and made the front of our home beautiful. Highly recommended!"
