He made sure to be available for any questions or concerns we had and was more then willing to go above and beyond to get us the backyard we wanted. His fence team did an awesome job getting our redwood fence up fast and they also removed two trees all the way down to the roots. Douglas’s landscaping crew did a fantastic job installing beautiful pavers throughout our entire backyard and made sure everything was clean and nice when they were finished. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating for the work since I wasn’t provided photos, and I can’t see the result. Rather than providing an estimate for such a small job, the work was done. (My bad since I started looking for someone before the leaves stopped falling.). As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He also tried calling me when he was on the roof but I didn’t answer the call so I’m fine that the work was done rather than the estimate only. I recommend BCV and will use them again.
