"I use this company as my home warranty. My AC has been out since Tuesday night. A tech came to fix my ac today, Thursday. He claimed it was an easy fix, just needed to replace the motor, which he did. I asked if he will be staying to ensure the ac is now working and he said no, that he was sure it would work. Not even minutes after he left and cool was selected, the entire system shut down. I had relatives measure the voltage on the thermostat---nothing. Completely dead. As well as the transformer in the unit. I called multiple times to get the tech to come back today. They will not come until Saturday. Normally I'd understand delays in services, especially in times of high demand, but the tech did not just leave the job unfinished but also created a much larger issue. It is 90 degrees inside the house with temperatures expected up to 115 degrees the rest of this week. This is unacceptable and negligent services in an emergency. Normally I'd wait to make this review but based only on the shoddy and negligent work done, and the delay in addressing the issue make this review much more urgent."

Landmark Home Warranty is a publicly held company committed to offering the highest level of service for all of your home warranty needs.
"Initally, Landmark was a good service. However, this last time, it has been a very unpleasant experience. We had a problem with our fridge freezer. They sent out the most unprofessional and unreliable service person, we ever had to deal with. We took time off our full time jobs, with no pay, to wait on this guy, who had every excuse in the book to why he left us hanging by not showing up. When he finally did, and supposedly "fixed it", he actually made the situation much worse. The only thing Landmark would say is they have to send the same guy out. Absolutely not, we don't want this guy in our house; or, yet another reschedule. We are done with Scott's Home Services LLC and Landmark. We cancelled the service, and stopped all future debits from occuring. In addition, we want the $60 service call refunded since now we have to buy a new fridge because the repairman made it worse. We highly DO NOT recommend Landmark or Scott's Home Services LLC. Worst services ever."

Months later they decided it was easier to push to collection agency than simply call me to reach an agreement. Not a company that respects or cares about customers."

It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
