My garbage disposal stopped working,I assumed it needed to be replaced. I used yelp to send out inquiries for a quote to replace the unit. Within 3 hours Tom was at my house. Tom was amazing! He quickly found the problem (jam), fixed it and showed me how to fix it myself if the problem occurs again. After leaving he sent me a link where I could purchase a jam wrench at my local hardware store and even sent me a quote for a garbage disposal replacement-because that was my initial inquiry, just so I would have the pricing incase I wanted to replace. Its hard finding a honest tradesman you can trust but Tom is it. 1'll definitely be calling Impact for any future plumbing needs.

Travis is the best. We cycled through a number of other companies that sent "technicians" not experienced plumbers. Travis is the real deal. He quoted the job and then did the job, perfectly, and neatly. Travis even found issues with others previous work that saved me from potentially dangerous situations. I highly recommend Travis and Impact Plumbing!

Impact Plumbing reached out to immediately after placing a request through Angie’s. A plumber was scheduled for later today, but Mike was on his way within a few hours. Mike was knowledgeable and courteous. After running to get the necessary parts, Mike completed the job within 30 minutes. Great work and friendly people.
