He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "We called Kyle to set up an appointment to have our Hot Tub repaired. He was nice and friendly and texted us to set up an appointment between 9am-11am but on the day of the appointment, he didn?t show up and he didn?t call or message us to let us know he wasn?t coming. We messaged him to ask if he was still coming but he didn?t respond until almost 2pm and when he did, he apologized and told us that he ran into an emergency that took longer than he thought and he asked us if we could please allow him another chance to come the following morning. We took a chance and set up an appointment for 9 AM the following day. We sat and waited for him the next morning and again he was a ?no show?. He did message around 9:30am stating he was sorry again but he had another emergency and he would have to reschedule for later in the week. Kyle seems to be a nice person but a horrible businessman. It was inconvenient for us to wait around 2 days in a row and all he could say is ?life happens?."
