In 2025, we had Bridges remodel our laundry room and based on how well that project completed, they were my "go-to" vendor on this second project. Both projects began with a detailed, multi-page, multi-line item quote after an initial design consultation. Bridges provided a convenient list of local vendors for paint, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and countertop surfaces. Personally, we found this very convenient to work with vendors who've developed a relationship with Bridges. In a few instances where we desired a unique fixture, email communication with Steve Bridges is very efficient. The Bridges team coordinates the project scheduling which includes fixtures and materials, as well as, the necessary subcontractors such as dry wall, paint, plumbing and electrical. Communication with the project lead, Kyle Bridges was efficient and routine."

"I contacted Caesar at BCV Remodels to request an estimate for cleaning accumulated leaves from the flat roof of my townhouse. He was very cordial and prompt in responding. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating for the work since I wasn’t provided photos, and I can’t see the result. Rather than providing an estimate for such a small job, the work was done. (My bad since I started looking for someone before the leaves stopped falling.). As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He also tried calling me when he was on the roof but I didn’t answer the call so I’m fine that the work was done rather than the estimate only. I recommend BCV and will use them again. I suggest asking for a photo of the completed job and of the bagged leaves."
