"The manager came out and did an energy audit and recommended a couple of different insulating alternatives. They made an appointment to do the job about two weeks later, over a three day period. They arrived on time and worked continuously all three days. They were good (although not perfect) at keeping the house clean as they worked and the house seems to be very well insulated now.

"It turned out good. It took them a long time to get the gift card to me but other than that everything went fine. Every time I talked to somebody I would tell them it's an Angie's List Big Deal and I think that some place along the line somebody didn't pay attention to that. I don't know if there's a commission involved on the other end or something, so I had to call back two or three times to get it all finished up and get the gift card and I think they even had to have a refund. It was a little bit of a hustle. It took a lot of time for the right person to get what I needed."
