I was self-performing the work on a roof tear-off. My roof had 3 layers in some sections and was very difficult to remove. I needed assistance quickly on the tear-off, and called in the morning around 8AM and by 12:45, CTR had sent a crew of 6 to complete the tear-off. They were timely, professional, hard working and assisted in cleaning up. Katrina in office was very professional with the billing. When I had a question and request to change the billing, she quickly responded. No hassle, no fuss. Just superb customer service all the way around. I will recommend them time and time again. EXCELLENT RESOURCE!

Very helpful, good work ethic, honest, answer all questions. The office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I plan to recommend them to my neighbors. I will use them again for tile roof maintenance.

Dave helped guide us through the products and took the time to address all my questions. Removed and replaced my asphalt shingles in 2 days. His crew was courteous and respectful. Cleanup was excellent both days. Dave and Katrina even got our add on with no worries. Great to deal with. I recommend CTR with no hesitation.

David was very professional and his office staff was courteous and efficient. I would recommend them.

The owner David came over and explained everything. It was really the previous roofers that did not do the work correctly. Most blame should be on C. Davis. My roof leaked one month after it was installed and twice I called Clay who did not return my phone calls. That is no way to run a business my friend.

They did exactly what I wanted and in 2 days, Perfect!

The roof was replaced as well as a solar tube installed. Everything was completed on time and the outside yard cleaned up perfectly.

Mark did a great job, fixed what the original builder screwed up.

They showed up on time and assessed the work. We realized they couldn't do the main work in the morning because the top of the roof was too frosty, but they did get the lower stuff done and returned later that day to finish the higher part. I really appreciate their professionalism and timeliness. Refreshing to find professionals in any sector who show up and also return punctually. Great company to work with! Excellent customer service! David knew we had a large family celebration coming up and pending weather conditions. He sent out a large crew who completed the removal and replacement of new roof in two days! They cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas of debris including nails. Would never have known they were at our home except for, of course, a brand new roof!! Would highly recommend!!

David was great, He listened to me and understood mu financial needs and helped me, very helpful and VERY reasonable on the price. Would recommend him to my friends for any roof repairs needed.

They came out within a day and gave me a quote, once I accepted it we needed to wait for dry weather, they came on a Sat between storms and replaced existing skylight, removed swamp cooler patched the roof penetration, match the existing roof, and re-flashed the wood stove pipe. Then cleaned up and the work is great, I would highly recommend them (as a matter of fact I did and they performed the same service for him) David was friendly and explained me the project and I was extremely pleased.
