"I needed some 30-year old warped wood-composite siding replaced on the north side of my two story home, but I did not want to have to replace all of the siding over the entire home since the rest of the old siding has been pretty well preserved.  Finding a company that would just come by for an estimate and replace the warped siding was tough but Reno Renovators (RR) came through.  RR is the only company in the Carson City/Reno area that responded to my inquiries regarding siding repair/partial replacement.  Every other company I talked to would not even stop by the house unless they were bidding on new, expensive, vinyl-clad or lateral wood siding, which would have cost me 10 to 20 times the amount of a partial match/repair job.

Todd Smith of RR came right over to examine our warping problem, gave me several replacement suggestions and did not try to sell me things I didn't need or want.  Todd did a complete exam of the home's entire exterior and gave me an on-site quote within one hour of his arrival.  Todd is a really a nice PRO to work with.  We even negotiated a lower price because I wanted to do the caulking and repainting that was going to be necessary, leaving RR to do the tear out and ladder-work of putting the new panels up. Todd was flexible with the project schedule to meet our needs.  His workers Brian and James were right on time on the scheduled day and completed the project quickly and professionally.  They did a very good job cleaning up the old siding, old nails and debris.

We wrote a check for 1/2 of the project cost up-front, and settled the balance the morning after the RR portion of the project was completed via VISA.  I was so impressed with Todd and crew that I asked for copies of his business cards to give to neighbors who also need some home siding repair.  This is the way "word of mouth" should work.   I would highly recommend Reno Renovators and I hope to use them again on other projects as it becomes necessary!"
