Josh was amazingly skilled. He wrestled the door back into its tracks, replaced the rollers and got the door working and looking like new. A true pro.

Called a few before I got a hold of elite. They were swamped but sent out an installer to have a look at my door. The installer gave me a quote and asked me what I wanted. He told me how long it would take and would get back with me later on the install date and time. Before he left he fixed what he could do in the mean time to hold me over. I would recommend them to anyone needing their garage door fixed or needing a new one. My installer was great.

Fantastic. Very professional, friendly, did work quickly, cleaned up everything. Were very informative, explained everything they needed to due and why. When they were finished my garage door worked better and was actually silent when it went up and down. I had it repaired 2 other times by two other business and it never worked well. These guys are the best ever. I definitely recommend them.

Needed to replace 2 garage door openers. Johnny of Elite Garage Door Service answered the phone and immediately provided all needed information and pricing. He arrived within hours, replaced all equipment and at my request changed chains to belts. He arrived on time and returned later the same evening to be sure our cars were programmed for the new openers. They are efficient, performed within budget quoted over the phone, and professional. I will call them again if needed.

I called Elite Garage Door Service late in the afternoon and the service guy, Jeremy, was here first thing the next morning at 8am. He immediately went to work, removed the door panels with the windows, put the windows back together, and had the entire job finished is about 30 minutes! They saved me hours of work and lots of broken window glass!! This company is top notch and super competent. I would recommend them highly, without reservation. Thanks for the quick service and excellent job!

After Angies List asked me for 3 time periods of availability, I never heard from Angies List or from Elite. Finally contacted Angies List, & still no word from Elite. Then called Elite who refused to honor the $49.95 voucher, saying that was only for "tune-ups". Meanwhile, could not get car out of garage & decided to just have the door repaired, pay Elite & ask Angies List for a refund. The statement at Angies List website is either misleading or is not being honored by providers. The website clearly stated that $30. would apply to any repairs.

It went great. On time, professional, and very good at their job. My garage door is a lot quieter now.

My new go-to garage door company. I have used several companies over the years for our residence and multiple rental properties. Johnny was prompt, professional and performed an excellent repair and maintenance of our door after we knocked the cable off the pulley.

My family was going through a very rough time, and the last thing we needed was house problems or dealing with shady businesses. In the midst of things I noticed that my elderly mother's garage door had gotten damaged. Evidently, it got hit from the inside sometime in the past. It had been working for a while, but evidently using it the damaged state caused a hinge to fail, jamming the door shut. The door panels were a bit smashed, and the horizontal frame rails were clearly dented and tweaked. From the exterior, you could see that the door was bashed a bit, but didn't look too bad cosmetically. I initially called the garage door company company that my father had used in the past to work on the door. The technician who arrived stated that the model door that we have was no longer being made, so replacement parts were not available. The only choice was to replace the entire door. I had him write up an estimate for the work, and the total cost was listed at $1378.77. I wasn't shocked, but since he said it would take two weeks to get parts, I decided I wasn't in a hurry to get the work done. The cost for the service call to this company was $59.95. Then there were a couple of little things happen that gave me that "funny feeling" in the back of my head, and things didn't feel right. I decided to check on Angie's List, and called Elite Garage Doors. They said they could have a guy out to the house within an hour. When Jeremy from Elite arrived, he quickly confirmed that indeed the model door is no longer being made. He then inspected the damage, and said he could repair the hinge, and repair the door to make if functional. He said there was no need to replace the door, unless we wanted it to look perfect. I told him that if he could repair rather that replace, then he had my business. He performed the work immediately, replaced the broken hinge, repaired another hinge, and lubricated the moving parts. He then inspected the garage door opener, and performed a safety inspection. His statement was that the door and opener were working "quite well". The total cost for the repair was $55.77, and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the service and results from Elite. Jeremy was professional and friendly, and from what I observed, did quality work. If this repair lasts any reasonable amount of time, clearly this solution was right choice. I love it when you find a business that is working to "do the right thing", rather than simply selling the most expensive option possible.
