"I had an issue (yesterday) with a window installed by BHN in 2016. The problem was with the sash caused by owner oops. I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

"Brothers kept me informed about everything. The guys showed up on time, started work immediately. Both of them were very polite as well as informative. It took about 3 hours.
