Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "WONDERFUL. during the last 6 months it became imperative for me to move from my present 2 bed/2 bath apt (upper) here in Reno to another 1 story down townhouse nearby. I had used them several times before and was extremely pleased so called them for this move in Feb of this year. They were again perfect. I have a lot of heavy furniture and china. They always arrived on time, courteous, professional looking and started working the minute they had their instructions. There were 3 men and all 3 ran like a 'well oiled machine'. No horsing around or asking repeated questions. Each knew his job and did it; all 3 were in sync!! That move unfortunately to The Bungalows apts nearby was a disaster the minute I walked into that new apartment. It was filthy etc. so only stayed there a very short time to "get out of there" ASAP. Called these movers again to set up a quick date because it was so bad I could not stay there. I had to find a big storage unit 10 x 25 immediately which I did nearby big enough to hold all my stuff which is a lot! It was in storage there about 3 months until I returned back to my original address but a different apartment upstairs again. 3 moves in 3 months. I cannot sing their praises enough. Again on time, since all my very good expensive wood furniture going into storage for no idea how long they really wrapped everything up with that clear film so nothing would get scratched or paintings, mirrors all protected. I always called after each move to the owner and told them how pleased I have been with them which has made 5 moves now in the past 3 years. Total cost would be very difficult but their rates are very reasonable for the service they perform and the care of your furniture, dishes and treasures you may have as they always went above and beyond for their complete professional service to their customers and your belongings. It was more than obvious they take pride in their work. Cost of last move out of 10 x 25 packed storage unit was $900.00 upstairs to my 2 bed/2bath 1000sf. apt. where I am now. I have recommended them to the apartment complex I am in now as they were always definitely dependable to show up on time and very trustworthy and consciences."
