"We bought the place knowing the water pipes needed to be replaced and it was the first task we took on after closing. D&D were good to work with. They were on time, had to track where the water lines were, cut out minimal drywall to do so, and worked with us to relocate the heater indoors from the crawl space, add water overflow pan/drain and were flexible regarding how to run the lines for an expected new washer/dryer. The whole job took two days to complete, with us taking care of drywall repairs later. We had one small and very slow drip leak involving one Rehau connector to the water heater which they fixed with a new Pex constriction ring. We have near instant hot water in the master bath now, very quick elsewhere; lower bills and greater confidence in the water pipes. The also fixed the main sewer line which was hanging low due to broken nylon hanging bands using a better strap system and J-hook at a 90 degree elbow at a corner. Our water pressure was well over 80 PSI with no regulator to begin with and the addition of a regulator was welcome relief to the potential effects. They replaced the "home made" home-run system made with individual T connectors on both hot and cold sides with a standard layout that is efficient for our small place. They included new hose bibs with frost protection brass fittings. The only concern we had was a pipe crossing in the primary wet wall between the utility room and master bath caused us to have to trim out the studs for drywall to fit well afterwards. We brought this to their attention and know they took some action to address it, but turned out not to be enough to satisfy the drywall; shimming the drywall out worked well enough, just a little more time. All in all, we were very satisfied with the effort and thought it well worth the price to get rid of the risk with polybutylene pipes and getting the water heater in a better environment.."

"We had our solar panels and windows cleaned by Zoe Solar and Window Cleaning on 8-9-2020 and can highly recommend them. Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly – we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment. "These folks are fantastic! John Trevino and his assistant came over to look at our HVAC units and check what needed to be done per comments on our house inspection--we bought the 10 y/o old about 7 months ago. John determined that the two units needed a bit more work inside and outside than what the inspectors found, and said the humidifier would work well with our system. They gave us a fair price, based on the research I did. We also originally wanted a "mini split" unit in the office so we could heat/cool it separately from the rest of the area covered by the second HVAC unit. However, the price was somewhat more than we thought it would be and, after John understood our needs, he suggested just adding a zone to the unit--which was much less expensive and exactly what we needed. I was a little disappointed that it was not John who ultimately did the work, but his team was excellent. The job wound up taking an extra 10 hours or so than they thought it would, but they didn't charge a dime more than the estimate. They made sure everything worked correctly and cleaned up after themselves, and they explained all of the new equipment. I would recommend these folks any time and will be signing up for their annual maintenance plan."
