I saw Juan from Golden Lawn Care on NextDoor and I liked the way he did the maintenance from the pictures that were listed. I also went to home advisor and out of 19 reviews everyone of them were five stars, people absolutely love this man, said he was amazing, did great work and was reasonable and competitive with other people. I called and he came over that same day and gave me a quote after he walked the property. Initially, I went through Home Depot and their installers, letâ s just say, they left within 3 hours with my house in disarray and told me I had to fix my subfloor first. Boooo! "I contacted Caesar at BCV Remodels to request an estimate for cleaning accumulated leaves from the flat roof of my townhouse. He was very cordial and prompt in responding. It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating for the work since I wasn’t provided photos, and I can’t see the result. Rather than providing an estimate for such a small job, the work was done. (My bad since I started looking for someone before the leaves stopped falling.). As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He also tried calling me when he was on the roof but I didn’t answer the call so I’m fine that the work was done rather than the estimate only. I recommend BCV and will use them again. I suggest asking for a photo of the completed job and of the bagged leaves."

"Needed a double closet repaired after 24 years of wear and tear. Rod and hangars were falling off the wall. New hangars were installed securely (better than the original ones).
