Alvin came to our house on a Saturday to inspect our hot water heater that went out. He not only arrived promptly on a Saturday morning, he informed my husband and I about each step of his inspection. He even showed us where the exhaust was disconnected allowing carbon monoxide to fill our garage. Since the unit was less than 3 years old he encouraged us to

call the manufacturer (replacement part wouldn't be in for another 5 days-No hot water for 5days!!) The benefits in replacing our particular unit out weighed keeping it. By six o'clock that night we had hot water with a terrific guarantee.

He didn't have the part with him that he needed but instead of blowing us off, he went and bought the part and then came back to install it. He was wonderful!!! A professional that we will definately call again if we have any issues! Also, he was very knowledgeble about the upgrages that could be done to the house for the size and our needs and had ball park prices that we could expect.
