HOOVER'S AIR DUCT CLEANING

We are so glad to have found Hoover’s Air Duct Cleaning! Mr. Hoover was prompt in returning our call and getting us scheduled. Jesse and James arrived on time, outfitted in PPE, set up quickly and went straight to work. They were courteous, professional, and respectful of our home. They covered furniture with plastic sheeting before starting in a room so there was no dirt or debris falling down. We also had them clean the furnace and dryer vents. They finished in under three hours, then Jesse showed us pictures of what came out of our ducts. We bought this home eight months ago from a realtor/flipper who called it “move-in ready,” but apparently the ducts, nor the dryer vent, had ever been cleaned. The old evaporative cooler, which had been removed during the flip, had left a thick layer of dirt, sand, and rust in the duct work. James and Jesse did a final cleanup of each work area, leaving the house cleaner than when they arrived. Since their visit, we notice a fresher smell throughout the home, and now have peace of mind knowing that we are no longer breathing in the years of accumulated dirt. The price was fair – 16 vents, furnace and dryer vent, along with furnace filter replacement for a little under $600. We highly recommend Hoover Air Duct Cleaning and will certainly have them back for maintenance cleaning as needed.

I had used Hoover's a few months ago for dryer vent cleaning. I called Mr. Hoover and asked for an estimate for cleaning my air ducts. He quoted me a price over the phone and we were able to schedule within a week. Anthony and Benny were great. They set up a cleaning area in our courtyard to clean and dry all the duct covers. They wore booties over their shoes in the house and protected all furniture and corners with towels wrapped around the hoses. When they were finished, they checked our furnace filters and changed those that needed it. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.

I contacted Hoover's Air duct Cleaning in mid May. Mr. Hoover promptly returned my contact and we set an appointment for approximately two weeks later. The technician, Anthony, was about ten minutes early and got right to work. We walked through the house and counted vents, then he started bringing his equipment inside. He covered furniture with plastic sheets before starting in a room so there was no dirt or debris dropping. PPE was in evidence as he wore a respirator and gloves and Mr. Hoover called and requested we wear masks while work was being done. Anthony was here for almost three hours and showed me what had come out of our duct system.

The two young men who came to perform the service were very personable and professional. They were quick and efficient, repaired the hose and replaced the clamp. I will definitely utilize this company again and will be calling them in spring for a quote on air duct cleaning.

The two young men Derrick and Ernesto were very professional, on time, and courteous. I can detect no dust emanating from the ducts after their work. My allergies appreciate that.

I was very pleased with this service. It was easy to set up and I knew the exact price before hand. The two individuals that came to the house were polite and professional and explained everything well.

I am very pleased to have used Hoover's Air Duct Cleaning. Marshall (the owner) was extremely informative on the phone, explaining the process, telling me about those who would perform the work, when they would arrive, the costs, etc. Derek, Anthony and, sorry I forgot the the other name, arrived on time. They took their shoes off at the front door! And were extremely courteous and polite throughout their time here. They took care to ensure the household and various items were protected as they went along, and they were very thorough in their cleaning process, both before, during and after. They took a couple of "before and after" photos of our ducts, and what a huge difference! We were having a specific issue with a potential aroma coming from the duct work, which is why we hired Hoovers. Derek further explained how they would do their best to eliminate it, and how they would go about it. But the interesting point.... Marshall did a follow-up phone call to ask if we feel it was alleviated. Hard for us to answer, as we never noticed it, but the fact that he called afterward speaks volumes. Derek and Anthony arrived exactly on time. They performed their tasks with politeness, professionalism, and attentiveness. They were efficient and tidy to a fault. I would certainly recommend Hoover's without reservation. I commend Mr. Hoover on finding such dedicated and high-quality employees.

We moved into a 10 year old house and wanted to have the vents cleaned before using the AC. The incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff arrived on time and their first thing they did was take off their shoes. Turned out that the vents probably had never been cleaned so it was big job. (They found the original dust from the sheet rock as well a ton of bird feathers that had come in from the units on the roof.) They changed the filters and cleaned the grilles before putting them back on. I will use them again next year and can't recommend them enough.

The 2 man team did a superb thorough job over a 2 hour period cleaned 16 vents into ducting system and did a dryer clean out as well. The house was saturated with construction dust and fine particulate debris in the air and these guys really did a fantastic effective job..the air was noticibly cleaner when we returned to the house upon completion of their work, as we plan to move in next week. The two men were super responsible, professional and effective in their job. Derrick offered ideas and suggestions for the home cooling system and offered names of good contractor to contact for A/C & heating issues we need to address in future. They really represented Hoover Inc superbly. Would call them again in second if needed! highly recommended!

Hoover cleaned all duct work, register and return covers, and even made a trip to get a special-sized furnace filter so that my entire system would be as clean as it could be. Mr. Hoover and the two young men that helped him were prompt and polite, careful in my home, gave me maintenance tips and did a great job getting everything clean. Their cost was reasonable and I recommend them highly!

Hoover's went above and beyond and took good care of walls, floors, and furnishings. When we moved in, the air ducts and vents had not been cleaned in years, if ever. They're clean now! Tech took a special trip to find the furnace filter we needed and cleaned the dryer vent , even though that was outside the scope of their responsibilities. I strongly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
