They responded very quickly and were able to send someone out within two days. The whole process was easy, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful they were. I will definitely recommend them to others!"

"Responsible, informative, energetic mechanics. Respectful of my home and my time, aka did not come in with dirty boots smelling like cigarettes (bad experience with a different company). Thanks, Chico's!"

"Central Heating and Plumbing was very prompt and was able to make everything fit given the limited space available. Would definitely call again regarding future projects."

"I have used this company for various jobs for the last 5 years. Work has included HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Line repair. Each of theTechs who have been here are nothing but professional and well qualified. Office / dispatchers have are also very helpful when needed. Rates are fair and competitive. I'd give this company 10 stars if possible."

"Excellent contractor. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and took care of replacing our leaking water heater, and also brought gas and water hookups up to code. I will hire them again if we have any future plumbing needs."

"Title: Exceptional, trustworthy plumbing — highly recommended Galactic Mechanical & Plumbing exceeded every expectation. After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. Highly recommend them for reliable, respectful, and skilled service. Thank you, Jordan."

"I have been a builder for 38 years and used many plumbers. Randy’s plumbing service was top-notch. They were timely per our schedule. They passed inspections immediately. The work was done professionally and according to building codes. He got everything done in just a few days for the underground plumbing for prior to slab work and all the yard lines. Thank you Randy, I really appreciate you and your workers! I have hired Randy’s plumbing service to do underground plumbing, top out and finish plumbing for a new custom home, so the complete plumbing job."

"Fast and efficient. I would highly recommend."

"Friendly and professional crew completed HVAC install and removal of old furnace and roof-top swamp cooler in less than 2 days. New system works beautifully."
