"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

We were in the process of selling our house and the inspector had found some roof shingles that needed replacing and places that needed resealing in order for us to pass inspection. "Hired Mountain Side to move a cinder block wall section and also raise another. Submitted a request for quote via Angie's List and receive a call within an hour. Mountainside sent a rep to my address within a week to generate a free quote. Cuco spent about 30 minutes reviewing my plan and gathering measurements for the project. A quote was sent to me that night and a team arrived a few weeks later to complete the project. All work was completed promptly and professionally. I was present at my property to complete a final inspection before payment, and minor issues I noticed were completed before I made payment. Mountainside also accommodated my last minute modifications to the original plan, after I requested a couple pillars in the new wall section be completely filled for additional strength. I can't say whether the price they gave me is superior to other contractors, since they were the only company that responded to my requests. However, I felts the price was reasonable for the project. Communication with everyone at Mountainside was easy and prompt, and they contacted me prior to moving forward with any step along the way. I definitely will reach out to Mountainside to complete any future masonry projects I need done down the road. Definitely recommended!"
