The owners of Sierra Hacienda Builders LLC have been collectively working in the industry for over 60+ years and have completed hundreds of projects ranging from new residential construction to new commercial construction. The company originally conducted business under the name of Randall and Sons Construction, where it had been in business for nearly 25 years, but changed names during the restructuring of the business entity. The company was founded in California, where building regulations are much more extensive but relocated to New Mexico in 2001. While based in California, the company worked in conjunction with CalTrans in constructing bridges for the State on highway projects, while continuing to make improvements on structural facilities. Since relocating to New Mexico, the company has continued building with the highest quality standards. The company initially worked with contractors in completing subcontracting work (and continues to do so), remodeling homes, and adding on to existing structures. The company extended its reach into new construction (both residential and commercial). New Mexico is an area that is quickly attracting residents from other areas with its vast array of history and natural beauties.
