"They recommended that we replace the dryer as the cost to repair were higher than the allowed limit. The dryer needed heating element and control panel. We are supposed to receive a LOWES gift card within 30 days to replace the dryer. I am satisfied with the recommendation, however 30 days is a long time to be without my dryer. Hopefully the gift card will arrive earlier so that I can replace the dryer in a timely manner."

"I have used Ole's Appliance for 16 years for all kinds of appliance repairs. Today Patrick did a great, quick job fixing my fridge and leveling my dishwasher (which wasn't mounted very well by the delivery guys from the store). He is always prompt, courteous, neat and honest.
