"This was a trial job before a potential kitchen removal. It involved moving our boiler a short distance, walling off the area, fixing the floor, some electrical. The Babcock family themselves professional but didn't follow thru with the subs. The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."

Although we chose a couple of tile options for Ryan to pick up from the big box store, he had to make a change from our tile choices due to supply constraints, but the tiles compliment the bathroom's floor tiles wonderfully. Also, he had an issue with a faulty new shower faucet that leaked but he kept me and my tenants posted on when the manufacturer was going to be sending the replacement parts (two times) and the leak is finally resolved. "Hello, Dojo Builders built our house in 2018. Each year we have had problems with the construction. Every year we have had a roof leak. First year we discovered the water heater was improperly ventilated and would not function and had to be replaced. Improperly sealed tile. Leaking sink. Crumbling concrete steps. Most problematic has been the multiple roof leaks every year for seven years. Two bedrooms and one bathroom have had roof leaks. Stucco has pulled away from the exterior windows causing additional leaks. All within the first 7 years of construction. "
