Jonathan was excellent. He checked the garage door to determine what might be the problem. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and did it. He was very informative on what the problem was and how it can be fixed if it ever goes bad again. He then finished up by servicing all three of the garage doors that have been installed by ABC Door Company. I have been very happy with not only the company's doors and openers but with their service as well, which I have only had to use this one time.

Jonathan Valdez did an annual preventative maintenance on our 1 yr old garage door. Besides the PM, Jonathan went over and above and fixed some issues from the initial install. Jonathan was very conscientious and made sure that the door was working properly and safely. Jonathan provided excellent customer service!

Quick and clean!

They would not come out to service the issue, even though the door was fixed within 1 year. Very poor service and warranty coverage.

Repaired quickly and easily.

Gary, the sales rep was great. Knowledgable and responsive. I called the office three times; 1) first time to give a down payment. Card was charged but no receipt ever came email or US mail as promised. 2) Called a couple weeks later to check, was told door would arrive that Thursday and that if they were complete/undamaged, I'd get a call Friday to schedule. Never got a call. 3) another two weeks later (I was traveling), I called again. They couldn't find the order and told me they'd have to do some research and call me back. They did not call back. I put a credit card dispute on file with Chase. Finally I contacted Gary, who got the office to call me back within 15 minutes and set up delivery. Gary and Damien were nice installers and did a good job. Lesson; 1) I never did get that down payment receipt, and 2) use your salesman to force the office to provide customer service commensurate with sales and installation.

The installation went normally and was completed the day we agreed on. On 8/10/2017 when we closed the door there was a tearing noise but the door closed. When I looked at the door the following morning there was significant damage to the top two panels and the frame of the door where it meets the opener. I called the company to have it looked at and repaired. Initially they indicated it was covered under warranty since it was within the covered period, but after review they changed their mind. They are refusing to cover the repair telling me something ran into it or jammed it even after I communicated that this was not the case. After speaking with the manager to discuss our differing opinions they continued to refuse to cover the repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND EXPECT WARRENTY WORK. They are selling products that they won't repair. Shotty company at best, fraudulent at most. BEWARE these companies.

They spent very little time but was rewarded with a door that ran quietly and smoothly and worked a whole lot better. I am more than pleased with the results. It pays to hire the right people, since I had already spent much more on a service that did very little for my garage roll-up door.

Difficult job for installer but he did a great job

Technician diagnosed problem, adjusted opener, replace door rollers and inspected door. Everything now works and is much quieter and smoother.

I called ABC in a panic and Johnathon was at my house within 30 minutes!! He fixed the problem and was extremely professional and showed me what had happened. Wow-don't use anyone else. I've always had the best of luck with any repairs to my garage door.

When I called ABC Door company, I received several estimates over the phone for different types of garage door openers. We decided to have a belt drive installed because it is quieter than a chain drive and cheaper than a screw drive. The technician arrived on time and quickly replaced the garage door opener, leaving behind no trash or mess. He was professional and friendly.

So far so good. However information in advance of how this equipment would operate was a bit scanty, so that it was a bit difficult to make a choice on which equipment to use. Also the description on how the automatic gate opener would open upon leaving our properties did not turn out to be exactly correct. The equipment is a bit more accessible to any potential intruders changing the settings on the equipment to gain access to the property than I would have liked. But so far the service, installation and operation of equipment has mostly gone as stated by the company in advance.

The repairman was here within an hour to fix my garage door. He was polite, professional, and assessed/fixed the issues in a short time. I will definitely use them again for further services.

Quick response. Appointment within two days. Showed on time. Went above and beyond and within the estimated cost. Technician even lubed/tuned and repaired a bent part on the adjacent single car door.

Extremely well. they contacted me right away. I had to change the install date and they were very accommodating. Technician came - did the work quickly and well. Works just great. I would definitely hire them again.
