Arthur and Josh from Bonita River Services came out Friday to fix an outside faucet and assess the problem with an outside drain. They quickly fixed the faucet and figured out how to resolve the drain. An appointment was scheduled for the next week. They were so nice and resolved our issues quickly. We have never been disappointed with Bonita River Services, and have used them on numerous occasions. Every person we have dealt with has been so nice and professional, and the work has met all expectations.

Bonita A/C and Heating and Plumbing. Jose did my A/C and Heating check up. Arthur and Dewayne did my plumbing repair. All were very professional. Showed me photos of the repair and did clean up too. This is a great company. Have used them several times. Very satisfied!

Bonita Services very capably met our need…from an initial service visit from the owner, Nate Dunn to the final fix! Our tankless water system needed to be replaced. Bare pipes in attic needed to be wrapped before winter! Edwardo and George efficiently performed the tasks. Not only were they clean-cut and courteous, they left the job site fully clean. Removed all trash.

Their customer service is good, but one time, we had a radiant heat and they were not quite able to put it in properly. They had to come back out and redo it, but it is a complicated system so all in all in the end, it came out okay. I guess their price is competitive.

It took more than a week to get a Tech out here, partly due to WX and partly due to too many calls. Work was done and system works now.

Diagnosed and repaired house heater

He commented 3 times on my political preferences which I found very unprofessional. (He saw my bumper sticker that shows who I voted for). I would never while on a job, comment on a customers political preference. I refused to take the bait even though he brought this up 3 times, twice jokingly and 1 time seriously. Very unprofessional. He fixed the heater but I would never call this company again.

Nate was on-time, quickly understood my requirements, informed me as to how and why the system sould be installed a particluare way. Followed up our meeting with a written proposal, as promised and on time,

It is hard to find a good service provider in my small town. They work the schedule so you don't get charged for the trip from Riudoso. They took care of everything that need to be done.

They were prompt and courteous and came right out. Communication was also good. It was a simple thing to fix and I know how to fix it myself now. The fellow was very nice and showed to me what happened and answered all my questions.

James of Bonita River Services serviced and cleaned up our air conditioner. He also got our water heater in before winter set in. And he said our house was probably built in 1984 and he said we probably would want to look into a new heater soon. So that is what we are waiting on, is waiting for a good deal with them. During the summer you really don't need a heater. We do need one before winter. We are looking for a heater now and will them to install it.
