Greg was amazing. We bought a vacation house and live 9 hours away. We had a very long list of things that needed to be done. We gave Greg the key to the house and he worked nonstop for weeks. Every day he would send pictures of the work he had done. He knocked out an entire list before we got there and then worked with me for days getting moved in. I honestly could not have done it without him. I am so grateful we found someone honest who never said he couldn't do something I needed done and he did a great job. HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him for many more projects now and in the future.

He was quick, knowledgeable, and very reasonable. We are going to use him to do some work on our deck, pressure wash, replace 3 boards and apply linseed oil. We found our handyman. Very friendly. Nice guy. I know if it is job he can't do, he will have someone to recommend.

Mr.Good was very punctual I had called him because one of the Plumbing companies did not show up. He was very helpful and had the job done in an hour. Very professional and courteous. I will hire him again!

Greg was VERY responsive and the work was great. I have used him several times since and am glad to have found a great resource in Ruidoso.

Greg helped me return a door to its place in the hallway. I had hurt my hand in a car accident and he was able to position it in place. He also helped me with the laundry room door which had problems staying shut. He also assisted me with door closing issues in the house including the front door. He reset door locks, routed the door jamb for locks which did not quite meet up.

Our home was for sale, the buyer wanted trees removed which had died. We called Greg as he does great work, arrives on time, never late and always right on the money when it comes to timeliness and his estimate to get the work done. He is honest and kind as well. The tree closest to the house was a bit more work than he anticipated. But he completed the job and did not charge an additional amount of money. For that we are appreciative and consider him an honest person. He cleaned up the branches, hauled the dead trees off for us. Would recommend him and use him again!

He arrived to look at the job, gave me an estimate, found the correct hardware and arrived early to get the job done. He was able to find the correct joists for the deck, get the nails for the job and also was able to lift the deck and nail a support beam into place. It is now much safer to use my decks. No more fear of falling. He did a fantastic job. He was prompt in arriving, kind, courteous and helpful.

I called Greg and asked about stucco repair. He said he would come out and take a look at it. Showed him what I had in the garage for stucco repair. Did not have paint to match he suggested I go to Sherwin Williams to get a chip of stucco with paint. Which I did.. Sherwin Williams was able to gt me paint which matched my stucco perfectly.Greg used that paint to fix my bubbling and cracking stucco spots. Apparently water had gotten Into certain areas in the stucco. Greg was able to get the stucco repaired, he used the paint and succeeded in painting the stucco repairs and matched the patched stucco to the rest of the house without any hesitation. I am very pleased with the results of the work. He does a fabulous job.

He does good work and is fast and clean. Greg brought his equipment and used his ATV to haul away the dead branches. He cut the stumps quite close to the ground which is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Greg.

He came over on the day we called and spent approximately 45 minutes with us to understand our needs and to provide us with a 
written estimate.   He came back the next day and spent approximately 3 1/2 hours to complete the job.

Greg showed up promptly at 9:00 AM and completed the job ahead of schedule. In addition he left the work area very clean.

Greg was great at working with me to make this home ready for sale.  He showed up on time or early for several days as he completed the punch list.  I would highly recommend Greg for his professional service.  He does all the work himself so you know it will be done right.

I was getting ready to put my rental property on the market and the potential lessee noticed the deck was in poor shape from the sun and weather.  I found Greg's "You Name It We Do It" notice in a local restaurant and gave him a call.  I do not live in Ruidoso so had no idea who to call.  I'm glad Greg had taken the time to do advertising in that way.  I gave him a call.  He went to my property and gave me a solid estimate.  He suggested that even though it would not take an entire 5 gallons of paint it was the cheaper way to go and I the left over paint would come in handy for touch up.  Greg power washed the deck, prepared the wood surface, then painted the entire deck.  I am an out of town landlord so he also took photos of the completed job and e-mailed them to me in Washington, DC.  I was very happy with the work and the tenants moved into the property.  I highly recommend Greg to anyone who needs jobs done to either their rental or personal properties.

Greg did a great job handling my client's needs.  I am an out of town landlord and count on Greg to handle my customers as I would myself.  He was very polite with the tenant, went to the store himself to buy a new thermostat and installed it in a timely manner.  His charges were very reasonable.  He treated my money as if it was his money in purchasing a thermostat that fit the needs without too much cost.   I would highly recommend Greg to all out of town landlords in the Ruidoso area.
