After the cooler installation, I saw that Brandon came to check on the job before completion. So, good follow-up. He called back right away when I had a question. The staff that replaced my cooler were really nice, cheerful young men. Very personable. I think that happy workers means that they are treated well and that speaks well for the management. That helps me to trust the work they do. Great communication by all of them. (They were patient with me. ) From the time I put in the request to the day my swamp cooler was replaced, I had consistently efficient and fast service. I will be hiring them to maintain my heating and cooling systems from now on."

He arrived on-time on the scheduled day, and performed the replacements quickly. He had me test everything to ensure it was to my satisfaction, and specifically pointed out what connections and piping he had to replace, as well as showing me how to do basic user maintenance on my new garbage disposal to help save me money in the future.
