"The worker arrived at the time agreed upon. He was super pleasant, assuring me that the job would be done properly. He got to work and had the job done in short order without bothering my routines in any way. He took the old "junk" away to be disposed of properly. Great job. "Steve and Ray did a fantastic job locating a leak below the cement slab of our 2064 square foot one story house. The leak was really hard to find because it was 3 feet below the slab, but they persevered and drew a box on the slab within 2 or 3 feet of the actual leaks, there were 2 leaks a foot apart in the copper pipe. I think they used every method at their disposal to find the leak, including gas injection, sound listening, temperature, air blowing out through holes they drilled, etc.. Even though it took multiple days, they charged us the quoted price. Their communication was the best I've ever experienced, answering emails within 30 minutes even at 10 pm, and phone calls were either answered or returned within 5 minutes. They always came at the exact time they quoted, and sometimes a little early. For tough leak locating, they rock!

"Best work on air conditioner start up I have had in the 4 ears I have been in New Mexico. Garbage disposal replacement work was perfect. Called to let me know they would be a few minutes late. Removed defect disposal and installed new disposal. Left information on new unit. Told me to call if I had any questions. New unit is much quieter. Estimate and cost were the same! I will use Ortega for all my plumbing and heating and cooling needs!"

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area. The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best. Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor. the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
