"On August 18th my wife noticed some water pooling underneath our LG washer. After moving the washer and taking a quick look it was obvious that there was a significant leak. So after doing a quick search on Angi, I decided to call ABC Appliance Repair to set up a service call. The Wednesday morning when I called I thought it would be at least a week before they could get me on the schedule but, to my surprise, the scheduler told me they could schedule a Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm service call window. The technician, Adrian, arrived on time and was clean, polite, and professional. Once Adrian removed the top of the washer he instantly found the problem; a couple of leaky valves. He would have to order new valves and said the valves would arrive by Friday August 20th. The morning of August 20th I get a call from ABC to let me know the valves arrived and could they schedule a 1:00pm to 3:00 service call window. Adrian arrived promptly @1:00 pm and took a hour to install the new valves. My experience with ABC Appliance Repair was excellent. The tech arrived within the service call window and was professional. The new valves were ordered on Wednesday and arrived on Friday as promised. I will definitely use ABC for my next appliance repair."

"Bill Anderson was fantastic. I clogged our pipes by putting too much down the disposal. After my husband took apart all the visible pipes beneath the sink and figuring out the clog was much deeper than he could get to, I called Route 66 needing my pipes snaked immediately. Bill was able to come the same day and he was early, which is so unheard of nowadays. He snaked the pipes and had me up and running within a few hours. He was extremely helpful and professional and I would go back to him for future services in a heartbeat. The price was extremely reasonable and he didn't try to "up sell" me anything I didn't need. "Steve and Ray came to our house the next day after we contacted them to see what would be necessary to locate the leak. We told them we had already contacted two other companies to come out and they could not find our leak. Steve told us they would not stop until they located the leak. It was a quoted charge and although they had to come back three different times for several hours they did not increase the charge! Steve told us this was one of the most difficult leaks to locate he had experienced. They did locate the leak and it is now repaired. They are very responsive to your needs and go that extra mile to help you with any concerns. They back their work and are very efficient with their time. Very reasonably priced. Jake worked on my first project, but then had his two workers come by for this job as he’s been very busy. They were excellent and did a very nice job with the same professionalism. This is a company I trust very much. They will be helping me again soon to install a swamp cooler that can be run until I need the AC on a more humid day. They will link it to my AC in such a way that they can use the same vents and when I want to switch, it’ll be easy. You won’t go wrong with this company. They do an excellent job."
