The initial experience was good but once you sign contract and pay half of balance upfront, you never hear from them again! It has been since June and still no windows and company won't call me back! I'm done!!

Our initial interaction were very promising, but in two weeks no one has answered the phones and we have read on Google that the business is closing...and the Better Business Bureau has revoked their rating. After leaving several messages that have not been returned we have no confidence in this business.

Joel was the representative who came to discuss my options to repair my stucco & pain the exterior of my entire house. Joel was exceptional , very professional,, courteous & sincere! i was very impressed with this young gentleman! Also had lots of great ideas !! Highly recommend this company!

This was the best experience! I really didn't want to go to any of the big national companies and the small local ones wouldn't return our calls. From the first moment to the very end, I was impressed with every step. We did have to wait 6 months from order to install, but that had a lot to do with winter months. And I received check in calls from the company to update me along the way. I never felt that I needed to check up on them. Our installers; Dave, Jesus and Dominic were professional, clean and very personable. I enjoyed having them here! Can't say enough about how pleased we are!

The pushy sales job is your first clue to run away. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint after their window install broke my block and drywall and their only reply were harsh words. How they get good reviews are beyond me but they are very very decentralized company. Just beware!

There was Thomas, Adam, and Eric that came to my home and install the new windows. They were very professional about their work, if I had questions, they would give me answers. They were here early, I was told they be here about 11:00 am. they got here about 9:00 and started on the windows. I love the windows!!! All the guys were courteous, sociable, and did a perfect job. Thankyou!!!!

We deeply regret the decision to purchase a replacement window from Flawless Results. After almost five months, we still do not have the window we ordered in March. Flawless Results has a deeply flawed customer service. We have never received a call about the status of the window installation until today. We called several times and received a different story every time. About an hour before the time scheduled for installation, as we were preparing for the work to be done, we received a call postponing delivery once again, for three more weeks. We purchased this window primarily for the UV protection and will not receive it until the summer is over, if in fact, we ever do receive it.

I upgraded my entire homeâ s windows as I am getting ready to rent it out and I love how they look! Although my home is two story the crew was able to install everything professionally done in a solid day. Joel was kind and extremely helpful the entire time as well. Very attentive, professional, punctual, and accurate.

My husband and I attended the Albuquerque Home Show recently and talked briefly with Robert Timmis regarding a replacement door for our home. We made an appointment for him to come out and give us a quote. I have to say Robert not only gave us a very fair and reasonable quote, but also provided several options for us and was very knowledgeable about his product. He advised us on several ways to accomplish our goal and was not pushy at all. My husband and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge about the product, low-key approach, and agreeability in working with us and our budget. I would highly recommend you call him for any door, window, stucco projects you have in mind. 100% satisfied.

I want to thank Jacob Tryon for selling me my Provia windows and sliding glass door. I want to thank the crew that installed them: Lorenzo, Ernesto, Pablo, Jonathan and Edgar. The crew removed and replaced 9 windows and a sliding glass door in 1 day! I also want to thank the 2 gentlemen that came and replaced the stucco, painting and replacing of my bars on my home. All the way through the whole process I was pleased with the professionalism. Everyone answered all my questions along the way. My Provia windows have more features then I knew. I manage Rock Creek Apartments They turned over all our swamp coolers And replaced 9 of them . They are Remolding Our rehab units paint, fixtures, make readies , backsplash in the kitchens changing out all light fixtures Sheetrock repair. Excellent job great company!
