"Bill Anderson was fantastic. I clogged our pipes by putting too much down the disposal. After my husband took apart all the visible pipes beneath the sink and figuring out the clog was much deeper than he could get to, I called Route 66 needing my pipes snaked immediately. Bill was able to come the same day and he was early, which is so unheard of nowadays. He snaked the pipes and had me up and running within a few hours. "Steve and Ray came to our house the next day after we contacted them to see what would be necessary to locate the leak. We told them we had already contacted two other companies to come out and they could not find our leak. Steve told us they would not stop until they located the leak. It was a quoted charge and although they had to come back three different times for several hours they did not increase the charge!
