Oscar said he could do the electrical we wanted. Most of it failed within weeks. When a licensed electrician came in to repair the plug-ins and dimmers, he said the work was not done correctly, probably an un-licensed person. Oscar said he could â  just pop outâ  the cracked/broken tiles in the floor. We ended up with more chipped and broken tiles. It was clear he did not know how to pop out tiles that were totally glued to the floor. We paid Oscar thousands of dollars for 2 slabs of granite for kitchen countertops. The sub-contractor did a beautiful job and said there were pieces left over. We have asked Oscar and the contractor how much was left; we need to know in order to use it elsewhere in the house. Neither Oscar nor Jose wants or can tell us how much is left or where it is! The 2.5 stars are for the painting he did. That part of the job was good.

The addition project was an A+++ grade. I recently moved to ABQ with my mother. We purchased a 2 story home with no bedrooms downstairs. My mother is a senior and she had trouble walking up the stairs to the master bed and bathroom. I reached out to Oscar at Prime Luxury Design Construction LLC and requested a bit for a 700ft on sweet addition. His bid was very reasonable. We had excellent communication. I was very impressed with everything! All the crews arrived on time! The final project turned out great. I have personally recommended this company to many of my friends and associates.

The wall is subtly patterned and I didn't ask them to recreate the pattern when they painted the wall. But they did so anyway, wonderful service.
