Indeed, the work went exactly the way he described it would go, with no delay or any cause for anxiety on my part. Halfway through I asked him to also repaint my garage door and water drainage; they gave me a reasonable price for that, and the foreman even painted faded areas I didn't have time to ask him to do. Overall I was very satisfied. One always have to wait a bit to see how the new stucco withstand the New Mexico weather, but I don't anticipate problems.
